Slow Food USA

For $75, you get a four-course meal with biodynamic wine pairings, restaurant gift bag and your copy of "Kitchen Memories" by Alexandra Greeley. ~ Monday, May 12, reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:00pm at Mio Restaurant featuring Chefs Stefano Frigerio (Mio), Todd Gray (Equinox), Anthony Chittum (Vermilion) and Josh Short (Buzz Bakery).

~ Monday, June 2, reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:00pm at PS 7's Restaurant featuring Chefs Peter Smith (PS 7's), Kevin Reading (Nage), Heather Chittum (Hook) and Cathal Armstrong (Restaurant Eve).
