Last day- Don't forget!

NMWA's annual holiday shopping event will feature more than 20 local and national exhibitors. Distinctive items including jewelry, personal accessories, home accents, children's items, textiles, crafts, and stationery will be available.

A portion of all the proceeds support museum exhibitions and educational programming. Museum members receive 20 percent off all purchases!

This is a blog written by a couple of DCers, who like to drink a little, learn a little, live a lot and all without going broke. Gone Out DC contains information about events/news/happy hours that we believe are most worthy of your time in the Washington (and surrounding) area. Our friends have told us things like "wow, you know things" so we thought we would share the news with the world. We believe that having an active social life in DC doesn't necessarily mean tapping into a savings account, increasing your credit card debt, or sacrificing that potential student loan interest payment for an opera ticket, nature walk, or drink (at VERY least, you know you've thought about it).
